Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Prosperity Systems, operating the PPC Connect program (“PPC Connect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit roofer.ppc-connect.com, watch our video, book a meeting, or otherwise interact with this website (the “Site”).

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the Site and the booking experience linked or embedded on it. It does not govern a contractor’s handling of consumer calls delivered through PPC Connect, or third-party websites and services that maintain their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from cookies and similar technologies, and from service providers that support our Site, analytics, scheduling, communications, and advertising.

4. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

5. Analytics, cookies, and session replay

We use PostHog to measure Site usage, video engagement, and conversions and to create masked session replays that help us identify usability and technical issues. PostHog may process device, network, usage, cookie, local-storage, and session information on our behalf. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, clear Site data, or use browser privacy controls. Blocking these technologies may affect saved video progress and certain Site functions.

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because standards and legal requirements vary, our response may depend on the signal and applicable law. We do not currently sell personal information for money. If we use personal information for targeted advertising or disclose it in a way treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law, we will provide legally required choices and honor recognized opt-out signals where required.

6. Booking provider and other service providers

The Site uses embedded booking and chat services provided through LeadConnector/HighLevel. Information you enter into the booking form or chat widget is submitted to that provider and made available to us to schedule and manage appointments, respond to inquiries, and continue related communications. We may also disclose information to hosting, analytics, communications, customer relationship management, security, professional-services, and advertising providers that process information for business purposes on our behalf.

7. When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information:

We do not disclose mobile opt-in information or consent records to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

8. Communications

If you book a meeting or contact us, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and responses using the information you provide. Where you separately consent to marketing communications, you may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link and may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing requested services, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, why it was collected, and legal or operational requirements. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained longer.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a decision on a privacy request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, use the contact information in Section 16 and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization. To appeal a denied request, contact us again and include “Privacy Appeal” in your message.

12. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

13. Sensitive information

Please do not provide government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the Site or booking form.

14. International visitors

PPC Connect is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your location.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, services, or legal obligations. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or other appropriate means.
